Mafia Bagman with a Disability
Review by Tom Keech
A neurologically disabled Mafia bagman, prohibited by the rules from friendships, love, marriage, or even looking into the bags of money he delivers, falls in love with a Mafia widow who then betrays him. Throughout the book, every little spark of humanity is relentlessly crushed by the organization, whose rules call for the death penalty for almost every offense. Lots of people die. Coincidence after coincidence keeps the evil characters running into each other in New York and Paris.
